| A Jackson County Public Library cardholder may borrow books, audiocassettes, video cassettes, compact disks, and DVDs in member Libraries (Jackson, Calhoun, Washington, and Holmes) of the Panhandle Public Library Cooperative System (PPLCS). These items may also be returned to any of the member Libraries in the Cooperative. |

| Each person must have a Library Card to check out Library materials or to use the computers, stationary or wireless. |

Borrowers may check out 25 items at any given time with some limitations. |
• |
|
Borrowers may check out Library materials for a period of 28 days with these exceptions:

Borrowers may request 3 renewals on borrowed items. This may be accomplished by phone or in person at the Circulation Desk. Items cannot be renewed if they are on reserve for other patrons. |

Patrons may fill out a Request Form at the Circulation Desk to reserve an item that is not on the shelf or that has a waiting list. If the Library does not own the item, the request, in most cases, will be filled by purchasing the item or through Interlibrary Loans. |

All items must be returned on or before the due date for overdue books. JCPL does not charge fines, but patrons are expected to return books or other materials in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in suspension of
privileges until the item or items are returned to the Library. All patrons have a

Fees will be charged on lost or damaged books or materials in order to replace the items. |

|
Bookdrops are a convenience offered to patrons for drop off of books only. Other items may be damaged if dropped in , and patrons are required to return these inside at the Circulation Desk. |
