Information You Need To Know |

Always bring your Library card when you visit the Library. |
• |
|
Patrons must use only their own Library Cards with the exception of parents of children under 18 years of age, who may use the childs card to check out childrens books. |
• |
|
Report a lost, stolen, or destroyed card immediately. Reporting the loss will prevent any other materials from being checked out on that card that you could be responsible for. |
• |
|
There is a $3.00 charge for replacement cards. |
• |
|
You are responsible for all materials borrowed on your Library card. |
• |
|
If you have overdue books or other materials on your card, you cannot check out other books or materials or use the computers. In house use of books and materials will still be available to you. |
• |
|
Notify the Library of any name or address change immediately. |
• |
|
Materials may be returned to any of the libraries in the four counties (Washington, Holmes, Calhoun, and Jackson), reguardless of where the material was borrowed. |
• |
|
Interlibrary Loan books and materials may be returned to any of the four county libraries, preferably the library who ordered the items for you. |

Although you may apply for a Library card in any Library in the four County Cooperative, you should have only one card.
Please do not re-register.
Replacements for lost cards may be obtained with proper ID on your next visit to any Library in the four Counties.
