The Jackson County Public Library has specific Guidelines to assist residents in understanding the procedures for becomming a Library patron. There is also information about borrowing books and materials from the Library. Residents of Jackson, Calhoun, Washington, and Holmes counties are encouraged to become members of our Libraries.
