What is Interlibrary Loan?

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) allows Libraries to borrow or loan books or other materials to other libraries. Jackson County Public Library (JCPL) can borrow an item from a lending library if no one in the Panhandle Public Library Cooperative System (PPLCS) owns it. JCPL can also loan books to other libraries upon request. Through ILL, patrons have access to the circulating collections of all the Library Systems in Florida as well as the academic and public Library Systems across the United States.

This service is available to current cardholders who have a valid Library Card from one of the PPLCS libraries and who have no overdue books or unpaid fines.

Request forms are available at the Marianna and Graceville Service Desks and the Bookmobile.
