Anyone of any age who resides or owns property in Jackson, Calhoun, Washington, or Holmes counties is eligible for a free Jackson County Library Card. Proof of residency or owership of property is required, as well as a current photo idenfication card. |

Documentation of a current address is required. Post Office Box Numbers cannot be accepted. |

If you are not a permanent resident of Calhoun, Washington, or Holmes Counties, but are visiting in Jackson County for a prolonged period of time you may be granted temporary Library priveliges in Jackson County only. Verificationb of a local temporary address and current permanent address will be necessary. |

When you come to the Library for a card you will be given an application form to complete and sign. |

Parent or Guardian most sign the application form front and/or back ( if they want the child or children to have access to the computer). |
• |

The application form is available at the Circulation Desks and from the Bookmobile and must be completed, but not signed before it is brought back to the Circulation Desk at the Library. Do not mail the form or send it by anyone other than the person applying for the card. |

Current Florida Driver's License or Florida Identification Card showing a street address. |
• |
|
Current Florida motor vehicle registration showing a street address. |
• |
|
Current property tax receipt showing a street address. |
• |
|
Current Voter identification card. |
• |
|
Current utility bill showing a street address. |
• |
|
Checkbook with name and address imprint. |
• |
|
Current lease agreement or rental agreement showing a street address. |
• |
|
Federal income tax return showing a street address. |
• |
|
Recent Florida intangible tax return showing a street address. |
• |
|
Valid school ID from an educational institution within Jackson County. |
