The Jackson County Public Library in Marianna offers one meeting room for public use with the capacity for 40 people this rooms is available to non-profit groups whenever available and can be reserved for use at the Marianna Library Service Desk. Library functions have priority, but efforts will be made to accommodate all other requests whenever possible.
How to Reserve a Meeting Room
Read the Meeting Room Policy available at the Marianna Service Desk.
Check on room availability.
Provide the following information at the Service Desk:
The name of the group or organization
A copy of the group's 501(c)3 certificate
The number of attendees expected
The purpose of the meeting
The times of arrival and departure
A contact person and telephone number
A copy of the requester's goverment-issued photo ID
We will be pleased to host your event at the Library if all qualifications are met.
NOTE: No food or drink other than water is allowed in the meeting room.
