The Jackson County Public Library in Marianna offers 2 meeting rooms for public use. One room has the capacity for 50 people and the other room has the capacity for 10 people. These rooms are available to non-profit groups whenever available and can be reserved for use at the Marianna Library Service Desk. Library functions have priorty, but efforts will be made to accommodate all other requests whenever possible.

How to Reserve a Meeting Room |
- Read the Meeting Room Policy available at the Marianna Service Desk.
- Check on room availability.
- Provide the following information at the Service Desk:
- The name of the group or organization
- The status of the groups (profit or
non-profit)
- The number of attendees expected
- The purpose of the meeting
- The times or arrival and departure
- A contact person and telephone number
